Does Wacom Intuos Pro work alongside other Wacom products?
Yes, many professionals use both a Wacom Intuos Pro tablet and a Cintiq creative pen display. Depending on the type of work they're doing they'll use one or the other. Even if a customer uses a Cintiq for their primary work they may choose to use an Intuos Pro when traveling.
Do the Intuos 5 and Intuos Pro pens work with new Wacom Intuos Pro products? What about the replacement pen nibs?
Yes, some of the Intuos 5 and Pro pens are compatible. The Grip Pen(KP501E2), Classic Pen(KP300E2), Art Pen(KP701E2), Airbrush (KP400E2), and Pro Pen(KP503E) are compatible with the new Wacom Intuos Pro tablets. However, the new Pens like Pro Pen 2, Finetip Pen and Ballpoint Pen require new replacement pen nibs. The Inking Pen is not compatible.
What does the lights on the tablet mean?
The lights on the tablet will change depending on whether you are operating the device as a pen tablet or paper sketching. For pen tablet, the four white LEDs around the touch ring indicate the different modes of the touch ring.
For paper sketching, the "+" LED indicates new when the LED is green and page has content when the LED is blue.
The orange LED close to USB plug indicates battery status, it will turn blue to indicate the Bluetooth status.
How to turn touch on/off on Wacom Intuos Pro tablet.
To turn off touch, use the slider switch next to the power button.
Do I need to charge the Intuos Pro when I first open the box?
We recommend that you charge your Intuos Pro tablet when you first receive it if you plan to connect to your computer using a Bluetooth connection. To charge, simply connect it to a working computer using the USB cable inside your box.
How long do you need the charge the Wacom Intuos Pro?
Charging times can vary. A quick charge for the Wacom Intuos Pro is 2.5 hours (typical). A full normal charge for the Intuos Pro is 5 hours (typical).
How long does the battery for the Wacom Intuos Pro last?
The battery lasts 10 hours for continuous usage with pen or multi-touch. If no interaction is happening, Intuos Pro will use a power saving mode to increase battery time.
Can I use the pens from my previous Intuos Pro or Cintiq tablets?

You cannot use the Pro Pen 2, which is included with your Wacom Intuos Pro tablet on previous generation products.

You can import old settings using the settings import tool. This tool can be accessed in the Setup Wizard during driver installation.
