The Bamboo Stylus fineline is switched on automatically when pressure is applied to the stylus pen tip. If you need to pair it with a supporting app, simply press the side switch. After 10 minutes without use, the stylus turns itself off automatically. If you want to turn the stylus off manually, press the side switch for 5 seconds. The stylus is off and disconnected from any app.
